For the past 15 years, I have worked across Automotive, Finance and Defence, with extensive experience in the Volkswagen Group environment. My background combines project leadership, testing and integration, homologation, process improvement and international delivery.
A recurring part of my work is taking ownership of new or challenging assignments, establishing the right organization, processes and technical setup, and developing them into scalable delivery structures.
